At Threadicated, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every order. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help with our hassle-free return policy.
- Return Eligibility

Time Frame: You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to decide if you wish to return any item(s) for a refund or size exchange. Please ensure that you post your return within this 7-day window. We allow extra shipping time to receive your returns from AusPost, however, to be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in an AusPost box within 7 days of receiving your order.

Late Returns: Any items posted back to us after the 7-day eligibility window will not qualify for a refund or exchange. For these items, a store credit will be applied to your account, valid indefinitely. Please be aware that returns made significantly later, are generally not eligible for store credit.

Condition: To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them - unworn, unused, odour-free, with tags still attached, and in their original packaging. Products that are damaged, used, carry odours, or are not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit - they will be returned to you free of charge.
- Initiating a Return/Exchange
- Process: To start a return or exchange, log in to your account, select the item(s) to be returned, and specify the reason for the return. Use the prepaid return label included with your order for hassle-free shipping back to us. We recommend obtaining a tracking receipt from Australia Post to ensure safe delivery to us.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.
- Size Exchanges
- We offer complimentary size exchanges on all available items. Simply log in to your account, mark the item for a size exchange, and provide your feedback. Upon receiving your returned item(s), we'll dispatch your replacement if available.
- Non-returnable Items
- Please note, styling fees, and gift cards are non-refundable.
- After We Receive Your Return
- Inspection and Notification: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll inform you about the status of your refund, exchange, or store credit.
- Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 1-3 business days back to your original payment method. It may take 3-5 business days for your bank to clear the funds into your account.
- Store Credit: Will be applied automatically and available for you to use on future purchases at Threadicated.
